Glass Blowing
The ancient art of glass blowing will be demonstrated at the historic La Pointe Krebs Home in celebration of its 75th anniversary as a historic attraction.
Stop by to observe the art in action Friday or Saturday, September 19 and 20, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Want to do more than watch? Then register for your one-on-one glass blowing session with Artist Solange Ledweth and keep your glass! The 20-minute session allows the participant to choose the colors and create the glass with artist support at a cost of $65 each. Participants must return to the La Pointe Krebs Home to retrieve the finished product once it has set.

Sipping, Songs and Sunsets
Enjoy an after-hours event on the grounds of the LaPointe-Krebs House and Museum. Enjoy spirits and light snacks, Czak’s bar bites, music by Rick Kosman and a Krebs Lake sunset.
Admission is free. Bring a friend or three and enjoy a relaxing Friday evening.

Pascagoula Run Paddle Battle
Dip your paddle into one of the Mississippi Gulf Coast’s officially designated water trails and enjoy a uniquely adventurous perspective of the region’s abundant natural beauty and native wildlife. The Pascagoula River, also known as the “Singing River”, is the largest free flowing (unimpeded) river system in the contiguous United States.
The Pascagoula River Paddle Battle is an 11.5 mile race down the Pascagoula River for all types of human powered paddle craft. The race will begin at Little River Marina in Moss Point and end at the LaPointe-Krebs House in Pascagoula. Racers will drop their paddle craft at Little River Marina in Moss Point and then park their vehicles at LaPointe Krebs House in Pascagoula. Shuttles will be provided back to the race start. -
